1. Delivery Territory & Restrictions

• We operate, sell, and ship products strictly within the United Kingdom.
• We do not currently offer international shipping outside of mainland UK addresses.

To keep things completely clear and predictable at checkout, we charge a flat rate for our shipping services:

• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed over the weekend or on public bank holidays will begin processing on the next immediate working business day.
• Our handling time includes item selection, secure packaging, quality inspection, and courier handover.

4. Transit & Delivery Time

• Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Your items are transported via our network of tracked courier partners (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL).
• Total estimated delivery time from the moment you complete payment until it arrives at your doorstep is 3–6 business days.

5. Order Tracking Information

Once your package has been successfully handed over to the courier network, an automated dispatch notification will be sent straight to your registered email address.

This email will contain a live tracking link so you can monitor your shipment's journey in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier tracking link to update its initial status.

6. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues

Please review and double-check your delivery address during the checkout flow. We are unable to redirect or change shipping destinations once a package has been dispatched from our facility.

If your item arrives visibly broken, open, or damaged due to courier handling, please contact our helpdesk at support@solidfence.shop within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and arrange a prompt replacement.
